Duties & Responsibilities
Job brief

We are looking for a customer service representative.

A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Handling Inbound Customer Queries (Chat/Telephone) For Our Cross Border E-commerce Venture.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Process return orders, follow up with operational related issues until closure
• Preparing and generating reports relating to customer’s queries.
• Providing feedback to Company on customer’s concerns .
• Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization

• Male or Female, Age between 20 – 30 years.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply!
• 5 working days a week
• Candidate should be able to work on a shifting schedule (night or day)
• Able to work on public holiday
• Learn fast and Think critically
• Experience in Customer Service will be highly advantaged.
• Good command of written and reading English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Graduated (For Customer Service Officer) And Non Graduate Minimum Qualification 10 Pass (For Customer Service Trainee)
